The Process

Once we receive your email, we’ll schedule a consultation via email, phone, or in person if you're in the Toronto area. After the consultation, you’ll receive a design template with detailed computer renderings, design specifics, and a quote.

Once the design is approved, we require a 50% deposit to begin creating your custom ring or gold jewelry piece. You'll receive progress updates and be involved throughout the process.

All custom pieces, including gold rings and other jewelry, are completed within 2-4 weeks. The remaining balance is due before shipping or at pickup.
